Parts of Ohio are flat but don't move to Athens or other areas. The northern half of the state got scraped (not scrapped) by the last ice age and is rolling hills but the only really flat like a table region is the northwest corner. But, I fell down the basement stairs last night so obviously I am no one to judge elevation changes.
