The problem is due to the thermal contact between the CPU and heatsink
been broken by the impact the computer received during transit !
Unfortunately quite common in machines that have been mishandled !

It is important to restore the thermal path between CPU and Heatsink
as soon as possible in order to prevent CPU and possibly mainboard
damage.

The quickest / easiest way to do this is to remove the heatsink and
replace the thermal compound ! Make sure that you clean both
surfaces properly. Or just replace the heatsink with a new one with
the thermal compound already on it.

HTH.
