Because windows gets activated for a particular hardware set including:
CPU MAC and HARD Drive
you have taken a copy of windows that was activated as being installed on
one system and moved it to another system
so the software is assuming that you may have copied the install to another
machine,
and what you can do once you could do 1000 times

Basically, just let it activate itself (tell the MS recording system that
its been moved)  - unless you intend putting that disk back into the
original system

Note - copying it to a second system is probably expressly excluded
according to the licence agreement for use of that instance of the OS.
