You must be in marketing Bill...or you've bought stuff (grin).  In
fairness to Richard, I can relate to his feelings about all this. 
When someone develops a great product they get frustrated when other
aspects of the company drop the ball.  Been there and done that and
it's tough to see it happen.  Hopefully NeTraverse will get the
customer side of their business as sharp as the product itself.
