The following is for Windows 98

Run the Internet Connection Wizard through the following:   (I'm a Linux
ignoramus so if the c file is different please adjust accordingly)

        C:/Windows/Start Menu/Programs/Accessories/Internet Tools/Internet
Connection Wizard

On the first page of the wazard select the third option -- set up manually
or on a lan
