[Win4Lin-users] Win4Lin 3.0 Limitations

How carved in stone are these limitations in 3.0?

        -USB devices such as cameras and scanners
        -Debian 
        -Slackware
        -Windows ME/NT/2000
        -DirectX
        -Non TCP/IP protocols such as NETBeui or IPX/SPX

Is it to say that if I had a USB-driven scanner, for example, it might
work but it wouldn't be supported if I needed live technical support?  
Would the same be true for WindowsME?
