comp.unix.dos-under-unix already exists as a place where such
products as the similar Merge are discussed, so discussions of Win4Lin
would fit right in. (Since Merge is an SCO product such discussions are
also find - maybe more commonly - under comp.unix.sco.misc.) There are
specific procedures for creating new groups (including a call for
discussion and a subsequent call for votes to gauge public consensus).
