Humm....sort of frustrated this morning?
Actually, Outlook is just to crafty for most of us. I do compose all
email as plain text, unless I have a specific reason to do otherwise.
Unfortunately, when I receive an email that is formated in HTML, Outlook
default method for replies is in the format received. I suppose in a funny
way I might consider this polite.
Sort of like going to a foreign country and not thinking they all should
speak your language, right? Oops! Hey, that's what you want us to do, isn't
it? Speak your language? Sorry...

It is your business too! You could get an answer for your problem
from someone who cannot read HTML mail, but this this way you
cannot!
