I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who responded to my
personal email with information about the community service work that students
are doing around town. John Ruggeberg invited me to his classroom to hear
his seniors talk about their past 18 weeks of service. I was impressed by
the students' thoughtfulness and communication skills. They have developed
senses of what is important in human relations. Several others said that they
would gather information and send it to me, so I'm excited to be able to see
these stories all in one sitting.
I still have to put some of the information in writing, but
then it will go up on www.rHomeTown.com/winona,mn
