[Winona Online Democracy] Yes, that's the Arboretum's filtration system...a concept known as "rain-gardens". Some of the Winona County Extension Service Master Gardeners already have them in their yards...and will be happy to explain them, and their concept,...to anyone who'd like more information. For any garden or yard question...contact a Master Gardener, or call the Extension Office for a referral...that number is 507-457-6440.
