[Winona Online Democracy] Pam- it is always important to supply information that identifies what kind of drugs are out there and a profile of who may try to encourage the use of the drugs. How else is one to know what the threat is. I believe that arming innocent people with information about what and who may harm them is always very important- thanks-Chief Pomeroy
