Chief Pomeroy’s point may be more important than DARE.  That being the introducing Policemen and Women to young children as people who are there to help and care about their well being is important in their development to respect not fear the protectors.     Since the sixty’s we have seen disrespect for law, those in authority, the system, the flag and while it may be a right it is not the right thing to do if we also want to be respected.   Paul Double [EMAIL PROTECTED]
