You didn't come out and say this outright, but I'm presuming that your engineers say Mankato Avenue can't take the additional traffic...otherwise I can't imagine the Huff Street proposal for even the short term detour. Can you or the city engineer talk about whether or not a Mankato Avenue-Second Street detour would work for summer '06?
