 Steve Mc Burny.   can you share how the tentative route was chosen? 
What were alternatives that were considered  and reasons for 
rejecting?   What are the traffic counts especially for trucks-how 
much do they range during times of year?  could there be more than 
one route , with trucks coming from 43/ and 61 s having different 
routing than those off of hwy 14?
