[Winona Online Democracy] I was wondering why everyone was concerned about trucks on Huff Street, but I hadn't looked at the detour map. I suppose that the already established west end truck route has too many stops and turns. My guess is the Huff route would be preferable to the drivers than the one through Goodview, especially for trucks headed for destinations other than the barge harbor. Does the designations primary and secondary mean that Huff would only be used for a relatively short time, or would both routes be available for the duration of the project? BTW, a few years ago, the Bonestroo consultants recommended making Huff a full time truck link to Hwy 61.
