[Winona Online Democracy]

Some of my questions are:
 where are these wealthy people going to come from ?
where are they going to work to make such a huge payment?
And why build more expensive homes when there are over 200 homes already for
sale in Winona?
Didn't someone do a study and the 'average' wage in Winona is less than
13.00 an hour? I am thinking I read it is closer to 11.00.  My numbers may
be off, but I remember reading it.
You cannot make a payment on a 300,000 house on that wage.
