[Winona Online Democracy] I wonder too where all these people come from who buy half-million-dollar new homes. But they are out there and no builder/developer would put those homes on the market without a reasonable certainty they will sell. Clearly these homes will not be purchased by the "average" worker in Winona. But there are probably enough above-average wage earners to fill these homes or they wouldn't be built. With the costs involved, someone is doing their homework first.
