way or another.  The public is aware (thanks to many who did wonderful
investigating) that his property is a unique eco-system.  I would think that
fact alone would raise very serious issues with developers.
To say that the develpment is going to happen one way or another is to
assume the people have no voice and we do.
Some would wish we would be quiet but I for one will not. This project is
wrong and it is wrong for the city to annex property that far out in the
country.
The good ole boys have not gotten their way yet with this one. Hopefully if
the issue is kept alive and more people are aware our elected officials will
do what the people who elected them want, not what they want to do to please
the few who have money.
I have no numbers to back up my opinion but I am assuming a dr in Winona
does not make anything near what a dr in Rochester makes for an income to
purchase a half million dollar home and maintain it.
