[Winona Online Democracy] I strongly support educational reform but I'm very concerned about vouchers.
Maybe there's a plan that might be fair and effective but I haven't seen one yet. When it comes to supporting and improving schools... We need both: 1. Adequate funding of all schools first and foremost 2. Educational innovation and reform You can't do the second without the first. Reform without funding is folly. Anyone who thinks schools are adequately funded is easily fooled.
