I know the data on Kindergarten shows that all day did increase results for the children in early elementary. I know that not all parents can afford to send kids to the Tues. and Thurs. program. I have asked for help with info. on this and they will post or I will forward it.

SCHOOL DISTRICT BALLOT QUESTION #1
REVOCATION OF EXISTING REFERENDUM REVENUE AUTHORIZATION; APPROVAL
OF NEW AUTHORIZATION TO SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL, INSTRUCTIONAL AND
OPERATIONAL PROGRAMS, PERSONNEL AND SERVICES
The School Board of Independent School District No. 861 (Winona) has proposed to revoke its existing referendum revenue authorization of $484.37 per pupil, effective for taxes payable 2006, and to increase its general education revenue by $1,550 per pupil, effective for taxes payable 2006. The school district's actual referendum revenue authorization for any year shall not exceed the statutory maximum for that year. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for six years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law.

APPROVAL OF CAPITAL PROJECT LEVY AUTHORIZATION TO ENHANCE STUDENT
SECURITY AND SAFETY, PROVIDE FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND TO
ADDRESS DEFERRED MAINTENANCE AND FACILITY NEEDS
The School Board of Independent School District No. 861 (Winona) has proposed a project for the betterment of school sites and facilities; including the repair, renovation, and improvement of various school district facilities to address deferred maintenance, safety, and security. To provide funds for the project costs, the school board has proposed a capital project levy authorization in the amount of 10.779% times the net tax capacity of the school district. The proposed authorization will raise approximately $2,500,000 for taxes payable in 2006, the first year it is to be levied, and would be authorized for ten years. The estimated total cost of the projects to be funded over that time period is approximately $25,000,000. The projects to be funded have received a positive revi

TECHNOLOGY, SOFTWARE PROGRAMS AND COMPUTERS TO STUDENTS AND
STAFF FOR EDUCATIONAL, INSTRUCTIONAL AND OPERATIONAL PURPOSES
The School Board of Independent School District No. 861 (Winona) has proposed a project for the betterment of educational and operational equipment and facilities; including the purchase, installation, maintenance, and support of computers, software, technology, equipment, and communication systems. To provide funds for the project costs, the school board has proposed a capital project levy authorization in the amount of 1.940% times the net tax capacity of the school district. The proposed authorization will raise approximately $450,000 for taxes payable in 2006, the first year it is to be levied, and would be authorized for 10 years. The estimated total cost of the projects to be funded over that time period is approximately $4,500,000. The projects to be funded have received a posi
