Standing 1ft in front of a 24dbi antenna would put you slightly over
the controlled environment exposure (5.5mw/cm^2).  At 2ft you are just
slightly over the Uncontrolled environment (1.37 mw/cm^2).  at 3ft, you are
well under both (0.6121 mw/cm^2).
