You can change the power setting on a WAP11 v2.2
I thought there was a hidden web page that had the setting.
Also if you convert the WAP 11 v2.2 to the D-link firmware the power
setting is on the setup screen.

If WAP11 v1.1 Yes,
if WAP11 v2.2 No.
