You can get a high speed ADSL line from SBC/Pacbell for $99/ month (with a
one year contract) if you can live with just one dynamic ip address. If you
need 5 static ip's, it's $80/mo for the first 3 months, then $159/mo
thereafter. You can get up to 6Mbps downlink (theoretically) and 384Kbps
uplink if you are close enough to your local telco CO.
