I agree with Mac, John, and Forrest. You get what you pay for and all the questions and "gotchas" revolving around licenses call for expertise. In the end, the legal fees to do this right are an INVESTMENT, and not an especially onerous one. Put it this way (and I'm not trying to be obnoxious), if you are not able or willing to invest in legal council for licensing support you are probably not yet at the right point to invest and deploy licensed band multipoint (or at least to do it right).
