Hi all... Recently, I am having a problem with the Tranzeo CPQ CPE radio's passing traffic when associated to a Hermes I, (Lucent PCMCIA based) or a Prism 2.5, (Senao MP2511 based) AP. They will associate and show good signal quality, but they have high and variable latency, very high, (80%+) retransmission rate, and next to no thruput.
If I take an old Tranzeo CPE-200 or a Linksys WET-11 or a Lucent EC, it works fine. Tranzeo claim there is a known issue with Atheros clients connecting to these older AP's, but I have Atheros based PCMCIA cards in laptops that work just fine with them. Has anyone else had this or a similar problem? And if so, is there any work around? Thanks...
