Yikes. I've been through a renumbering, I feel your pain. Since you mentioned providers' numbers, are you using IP space from your upstream(s)? If you're big enough, the money you'll spend on an ARIN membership is well worth it, just to get your own IP space. You'll hopefully never have to renumber again, and that peace-of-mind is well worth the money.
