Yup. If you are at an on-net building you can get it even cheaper. One client is buying for $9 a meg in bulk in Chicago. Their biggest hurdle are peering agreements with the big boys. The AT&t¹s of the world are sort of tolerating them at the moment until they can figure out what to do. They tried de-peering with them a few years ago and there was an outcry. Lots of web-sites are hosted on cogent bandwidth.
