Be prepared to shell out some cash. In my opinion, it would be well worth either buying an appliance from them or having them do the installation to your specs. Documentation is lacking and it seems as though key parts are deliberately left out. After a month of messing around, I still had to hire them for a couple hours to "fix" things that were missing. I still don't have it all working the way I want, but Wispmon will soon do billing so I won't need it anymore.
