Gee Matt- I question whether I should be in this business every day! But not because of our billing system. Our billing system works great. Authorize.net and credit card payments. The entire network is a giant hotspot. I think we may have 3 manual bills and those are done by Email. Of course I would home grow a way before I'd pay 2 grand right now. Since 2K is such a small pittance, have you got an extra 2K I can borrow... or have? <Big Grin and wink>.

Once the initial network deployment is completed, backend and billing is the most important element of a WISP business. Ignore it at your own peril. Spending too much on equipment and not enough on handling the a/r is the leading cause of bankruptcy and irrelevance among WISP operators.
