Josh, I know that you & I have had completely different experiences with them. No problem there, it is what it is. It sounds like you're experiencing what I had hoped to experience from them.
My point is that I got very frustrated with their phone system being so made of bubble gum & duct tape that it just furthered my already disgruntled impression of them. As a company.
