Hi Guys,

Anyone experiencing problems with the ToughCable, please get in touch with
support - [email protected] and we will get this addressed ASAP. This has
also been addressed with the new ToughCable that has been shipping for the
past 8-9 months.

We were at Wispapalooza (highest level sponsor), and had a Q&A session
during the show as well as had our own show the day before the event, with
many Q&A sessions.

Thanks,
Ben Moore
