Sounds similar to my day (sans the developers across the globe bit). About 
the only time I get to do any serious coding some days is after hours/late. 
I must admit that this is one of the greatest benefits to being a web app 
developer working from home though I have been working from home on and off 
prior to 1995 for about ten years as well so it's not a new thing for me.
