Actually, I do have ethernet wired throughout the house so I can take the TiBook to bed at night and continue working while my wife sleeps. She doesn’t like to sleep while I’m downstairs.

But let me say this....she’s now asking for her OWN laptop so she can be upstairs and do her email/chat with her friends (all at home mothers who stay up late to get some adult-chat time)...

talk about a geek family.

You mean like taking your Titanium G4 to bed with you to continue to answer mail?

I thought you were going to bed? when do those three boys get to see you? (you said you had three didn't you? I've got three as well who seem to keep me on the go, and a daughter I home school); not to mention your wife. :-)

I must admit the lure of new, better, faster tech is hard to resist - that warm computer, the rumble of the hard disk, the flash of icons, the expectation of great things to come...
