about it?' Votive needs this component to work; rather than waste time
repackaging it, and getting the associated risk of breaking it, WiX simply
redistributes the installer from the VS SDK.
The MSI file probably shouldn't even be renamed - aren't there issues with
using a different filename for an upgrade MSI?
The other MSIs provided with WiX are good examples, but you don't need to
decompile them. The source is in the source ZIP, under src\Setup.

That's a Visual Studio MSI, not a WiX MSI.
