Please, do not make top posting. About /etc/X11/WindowMaker: - Is only used in Debian. - There is no /etc/X11/Gnome /etc/X11/kde ... About /etc/GNUstep: - WindowMaker is a part of GNUstep? No. Why /etc/WindowMaker: - Is used in upstream - Is IMO the correct path for the WindowMaker configuration files.
