So happy to add to scratchpad.
Just one more thing... the code is all marked Copyright 2011 University of
Oxford; as its all ASL 2.0 licensed that isn't a problem in terms of including
it, just wondering if the intention was to donate the code?
(Otherwise I think we have to add a line to NOTICE and LICENSE)
