However, we can ask the contributor to remove them and instead put an entry in the notice file. It's better to remove them as it keeps the code clean, but only a representative of the contributing org can do so (unless we have an SLA on file). In this case I happen to be able to remove these headers (as I am a part of the same contract that produced this and am named on Oxfords CCLA). In other words, I'll do the commit for you now. Ross
