Hi,

I think you have got this the wrong way round,

You know the sematics: the series of if ... then ... else ... statements
which make up your algorithm.

This algorithm meaningfully marked up as what it is -  as a series of
nested lists (HTML).

A flowchart is a visual presentation (CSS) of this algorithm.

So your question should be how to display this semantically meaningful
markup as a flowchart not vice versa.
