Hi Bill

Sorry, my message of Nov 29 was no so precise.
In last days I do a lot of experiments on PATH for this error.

I found a lot of ssleay32.dll in C:\JTSDK and other programs outside
WSJT use it.

Seems that not all work as wanted...

I found that after copy
C:\JTSDK\qt55\Tools\mingw492_32\opt\bin\ssleay32.dll
to
C:\JTSDK\wsjtx\devel\qt55\1.7.0\Release\install\bin
the problem is solved.

NOTE:
In last 4 years I never install WSJTX on window and I will never install
until it work so well compiled from SVN
I use a desktop icon that execute
C:\JTSDK\wsjtx\devel\qt55\1.7.0\Release\install\bin\wsjtx.exe
from
C:\JTSDK\wsjtx\devel\qt55\1.7.0\Release\install\bin
and your code perfectly work.

Compliments to ALL
