This too is fixed.

Even though map65 is finding the Windows platform plugin I don't think 
it is doing it via the qt.conf file, this still leaves opportunities for 
the wrong plugin to be opened. The contents of the qt.conf file should be:

[Paths]
Plugins = .

other than that it seems to install and run correctly.

BTW the download from the Princeton Physics domain is painfully slow so 
I guess you are still suffering malicious DDOS attacks or similar.
