Bill, per my understanding we can  only force  CAT COM  port
RTS/DTR signals to High. Not PTT COM. Am I wrong ?

This problem is known by Remoterig users. Anyway, the implementation of
Remoterig requires that both lines go to HIGH to activate PTT. As I
explained it is an heritage of MMTTY which rises both lines.
