Hi Don,

ok. That tells us that WSJT-X is not finding the OpenSSL libraries via the PATH environment variable. Now we need to look in the WSJT-X program directory. Type the following into a non-Administrator command prompt:

DIR C:\WSJT\wsjtx\bin\*.dll

If you have installed WSJT-X into a non-default directory then you will have to adjust the command above appropriately. Report back what gets printed please?

Hi Don,

I am a little surprised that it has taken so long for someone to have
issues with OpenSSL libraries even after my prior instructions to
install a known good and contemporary version into the Windows system
directory. What does the following command print when run from a
non-Administrator command prompt?

WHERE libeay32.dll
