I occasionally have this happen as well. I am reasonably certain that
getting RF onto my CAT cable is the root cause, but have not had time
to troubleshoot as yet. Are you interested in recreation steps from
anyone having the same issue?

HI Wolfgang,
there is a known restriction that entering and leaving the Settings
window will reset to the first saved working frequency for the
current
region band and mode. Retrying after a notified CAT error may also do
the same. It should not be happening at other times. If you can
document
the steps that cause this behaviour it would be helpful along with
your
radio settings radio type and CAT interface type.
