yes if you can reproduce it reliably. I know that is hard if it is RFI
induced but if it only happens after a CAT control error message pops up
that is probably the reason. Retying after a CAT control error involves
a complete CAT reset and that does reset the frequency if
"Settings->General->Monitor returns to last used frequency" is checked.
