   - Don't know if other station was using other than WSJT-X
   - Don't know if other station set their frequency to a 7.073 or
something.
   - Apparently there is not way to set the Tx frequency to less than 200 Hz
Ok, fine on all that.

There is a "quirk" in the operation on receive that allows receiving and
reporting below 200 Hz
   - The green Rx marker is stuck on 200 Hz
   - Trying to work a station below 200 Hz without "hold Tx"
      - reports the Tx on 200 Hz,
      - uses the right Tx split shift
      - not sure about tx audio frequency
