It is still in the green zone and AGC is off. I find it beneficial on very weak signals,

but I may play with lower levels.

From the quick glance I could get of the WSJT-X signal level it appears your RF gain is too high...you should set so you see 30dB on the WSJT-X meter on a quiet spot (like 5KHz below)
