Yes my "subbands" are your "offsets". As you know each 500 Hz offset
group affects how VFO B is shifted by one or more 500 Hz increment.
My note was sent in case the developers didn't know. Inconsistent
management of VFO B but very trivial. The developers want to know
what's been observed. That's it so far.
