It's a more mature program than it once was and is not changing as quickly.
There hasn't been a new version for a while. But it's still very popular on
the bands, so it's hardly at its end of life; it has just reached the point
where there aren't so many obvious improvements to make, and people are
mostly happy with it as it exists now.
