Hello, We at Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Jacksonville, Florida are new to the Ways to Work program....
I'm seeking guidance with this - I send out and application package to all of our potential applicants who meet the minimum eligibility requirements for Ways to Work. I then enter this person's basic info into the Ways to Work software. Then, even after I send these folks a follow-up letter, I still do not hear from them. My question: How long (if any) do I leave these "Never Hear Froms" entered in the Ways to Work software.
