We also leave all inquiries in the computer and do not call them for the same reason. We do not hand out applications prior to the appointments. During the Inquiry phone call or walk-in they are invited to attend a mandatory one-hour orientation where we discuss the program requirements and the loan process in greater detail. During the orientation they are given a list of items they must bring in to their application appointment. If they do not have all of these items we will not go through with the appointment. The applicants that are serious generally bring in everything to their scheduled application appointment. This also saves us time and paper. Suzanne/Detroit
